Petra Yoga Ltd offers a welcoming and personalised yoga experience in Kentish Town, Camden, under the guidance of Petra Mitidieri. Drawing on extensive teaching experience since 2000, Petra combines traditional yoga practices with therapeutic techniques to meet individual requirements. Classes include dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa, pregnancy yoga, restorative wall-rope yoga and alignment-focused sessions. As a certified yoga therapist, she provides specialist support for spinal concerns, including sciatica, kyphosis, stenosis, neck pain and lower back discomfort. Her back pain yoga asana practices help individuals focus on alignment, mobility and physical well-being. The Great Yoga Wall system has been an important part of her teaching since 2008.
