To be eligible to participate in our Early Careers Programme, you must:

be currently studying for an undergraduate degree at a university.
be able to take 12 months out to do a year in industry before going back to university for your final year.
have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland and the UK (FYI - UK citizens can work in ROI and vice versa).
be happy to move to Dublin for the year.
be ready to start in July 2025.

BUYING

You’ll follow the latest trends in fashion to make sure we meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and our business. That’s going to involve collaborating with your team as well as meeting with suppliers - you’ll be their first point of call. If you’re a great communicator with a passion for fashion and you’re studying Fashion Buying, Fashion Design, or a Commercial-based degree, Buying is the place for you.

MERCHANDISING

Here you can use your analytical mind to monitor stock, solve data challenges, produce reports, deliver projects on time and on budget, and make your team proud. If you’re studying Fashion, Business Management, employment Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a Commercial-based degree, you can make a difference in Merchandising.

Design

Your passion for fashion will make a big difference here. Whether you’re researching trends, picking colours for our PJs or sharing your understanding of customer habits - your creative flair has a chance to go global. Have the ability to communicate ideas to others? Know about software like Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar? Join us in Design.

BRAND & MARKETING

This is where creativity, ideas, and business collide. Here, you’ll help deliver consumer trends and create a vision of tomorrow that informs decisions today. Understanding upcoming and evolving trends, supporting research and challenging perceptions through new ideas and actions; this role is packed full of bold thinking. Want to drive business and brand growth into the future? Join us in a Brand and Marketing placement.

Relocation
made easy

Taking on one of our immersive 12-month placements means moving to our Dublin HQ. If you're moving from the UK or even further afield, our generous relocation package is designed to make that move as smooth as possible.

We’ll cover the cost of your travel to Dublin
We’ll help you find accommodation in the city for employment the year
You’ll get a generous relocation allowance to help kick start your experience
We’ll help you get settled into the city and help with the essentials like banking.
